The ZMT-A31A Doggorla (aka Dodgore) is a mobile armor featured in the anime Mobile Suit Victory Gundam.
Technology & Combat Characteristics[]
The Doggorla is a large MA developed by BESPA that mimics the form of a dragon. Despite its unique shape, it is a general-purpose machine that can operate within the atmosphere. It features rear sections called Tailrads which are used to perform damage control by separating damaged portions.
The Doggorla proved to be effective both in space and on water, as it showed great agility and mobility in both instances, and could easily overwhelm enemies underwater, although it showed difficulty trying to target enemies near its chest area.
Armaments[]

- Missile Launcher

A total of 10 beam cannons were located across segments of the Tailrad.
- Tail Beam Gun

Special Equipment & Features[]
- Tailrad Segments
The Doggorla most significant feature, they're located in the rear part of the Mobile Armor, each segment can be ejected and reattach individually to perform damage control, they can also be used as a wheel similar to an Einerad, to attack and restrain enemy units. The Tailrad also gave the Mobile Armor it's unique appearance of a mythical Dragon.
History[]
Two Doggorla units were known to be produced. The first unit, painted in blue color scheme, was piloted in space by BESPA pilot Brohho. It was deployed by the Motorad Squadron while on its journey to Earth. It was destroyed after it was impaled in the head segment and sliced by the Victory 2 Gundam.[1]
The second unit, painted in orange color scheme, was piloted by Lupe Cineau. It engaged the League Militaire at the sea near Underhook after their arrival on Earth. In the ensuing battle, it tried to detach its main segment to distract Uso Ewin and use its Tailrad to spin the Victory 2 around, but the Gundam was able to alter its rotation to free itself thanks to its Wings of Light. The Doggorla was then shot down, but the pilot survived.[1]
