Watts Stepney (ワッツ・ステップニー Wattsu Suteppuni) is a character from the light novel series and the OVA Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn. He is a member of Londo Bell's Tri-Stars mobile suit team and pilots the RGM-96X Jesta.
