Valentina Binon (ヴァレンティーナ・ビノン?), nicknamed Vale (ヴアレ?) is a character introduced in the manga Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Eclipse. Belonging to Anti-factice, she is involved in supplying the world's various militant and armed groups with weaponry and mobile suits, seemingly trying to sow more chaos and conflict on Earth in an effort to undermine the Atlantic Federation.

In addition to being able to pilot a mobile suit, Vale is also a capable swimmer and diver, as demonstrated when she bailed out of her ZAKU Warrior and jumped into the ocean. On the ground, Vale is very fast and nimble, her agility makes even the Coordinator Miyabi Oto Kiou lose track of Vale's movements.

Valentina Binon was born a Half-Coordinator in the Atlantic Federation. She was conscripted into the OMNI Enforcer during the First Alliance-PLANT War and developed a fierce hatred for the Atlantic Federation due to their blatant discrimination.
After the war's end, she was seen supplying a militant group in Singapore with several ZAFT mobile suits, as well as ammunition for them. When the militants ask her why she was giving away all these valuable merchandise for free, she merely responded that she also want to "throw a little mud in the face of those bastards from the Atlantic Federation."
