Type S2 Influenza

A mutation of the Type S influenza causes existing vaccines to become useless, and a Type S2 influenza outbreak begins. Rumours begin to spread that Coordinators created this virus to exterminate the Naturals and avenge George Glenn. Religious authorities however claim that the Type S2 influenza outbreak is a divine punishment, and public opinion again turns against genetic modification. Genetic modification is once again prohibited anywhere on Earth.
