Tiko (ティコ Tiko?) is a goat that appears in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury [1].
History[]
Tiko was one of the farm animals brought by Aliya when she arrived at Asticassia.
When Suletta was brought to the Earth House, she was frighted by Tiko bleating at her. She asked if this was whom Nika wanted to introduce her to, but Nika laughed and said she had actual people, although Suletta still stared at Tiko dumbstruck afterwards.[1]
During the Earth House's production of a promotional video for GUND-ARM, Inc., Tiko accidentally walks past the green screen and is visible walking into frame in the final video. Her bleating is also heard in the background of Lilique's voiceover. [2]
Tiko, along with Brahe, was brought on the Earth House's ship on their flight to Plant Quetta, much to Miorine's annoyance.[3] Lilique attempted to offer Tiko's milk to onlookers at the Open Campus event, to little success.[4].

Notes & Trivia[]
- While rendered as "Giko" in the official English subtitles of episode 4 [5][6], and pronounced as such in the English dub [7], the sound is actually "Tiko" in the original Japanese audio; the Report of Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury Season 1 guidebook gives the Katakana reading "ティコ". The name was corrected to "Tiko" in the English subtitles for episode 11. [3]
- In the English dub of episode 8, Aliya pronounces the name of the goat as "Kiko."[7]
- With Earth House goat's name being "Tiko" and the yak's being "Brahe", their names are possibly a reference to the 16th-century astronomer Tycho Brahe.
