Synopsis

GUND-ARM, Inc. has been hastily launched. Now Miorine, who has become the company president, is enlisting the members of Earth House as employees. But due to its rushed creation, the nature of the business has yet to be decided. Seeking a way to lift the Gundam's curse, Miorine pays a visit to Prospera.

Martin and Nika discuss the events of the incubation party to Chuchu, who is shocked that Miorine had started her own company for making Gundams, further explaining that the young woman had investors to help her launch the business. At that moment, Suletta and Miorine enter the room, speaking of plans to enlist the assistance of all of Earth House for her business.

The next day, everyone of Earth House ponders their feelings regarding working for Miorine. Suletta and Miorine visit with Suletta's mother, Prospera, who explains that they do not yet have the means of mass-producing XVX-016 Gundam Aerial as they had not yet discovered the problems with GUND Format's basic elements, yet still proceeding to give Miorine Aerial's data. Suletta discusses the Gundam with her mother, which leads to Prospera explaining that Gundams were outlawed because of people's fear of the unknown, all while demonstrating her GUND prosthetic. Suletta vows to protect Aerial and prove how safe it is. Unlike Suletta, however, Miorine is left disconcerted with Prospera's words.

On the ride back to school, Miorine realizes that they had forgotten to ask Prospera how Suletta can safely pilot Aerial. Shaddiq begins to give Miorine advice regarding her new company, joking that he will even handle operations for her if she marries him. Suletta realizes that Shaddiq has a crush on Miorine which aggravates her. The topic is mentioned about how Shaddiq was raised by Grassley after he had became an orphan, and how he would gladly do whatever he could for the company.

As they return to Earth House, Lilique summarizes everything that the company will need to get started. She details the staff about the lack of funding they currently have, due to the purchase of FP/A-77 Gundam Pharact and the hiring of it's R&D crew. Lilique states that they will need a way to replenish their funds, pitching the idea of creating and selling weapons. The group is immediately divided, some for the plan, and some against. Miorine is left to make the final decision, stating that she has no problem with manufacturing weapons, but finds herself upset with how split the group had become due to the topic. She requests Lilique and Martin to tend to all of the required documentation for the venture, as well as ordering Till to create a logo for the company, while telling everyone else to work on a video to improve how the general public sees Gundams, and to promote the company. She gives them all a 2-week deadline and leaves the meeting to research the matters further.

Meanwhile, Guel Jeturk eats as students try to distract him, bullying him. Shaddiq scares them off as he enters, proceeding to speak with Guel and offering him board in his house, even if only to shower, but he rejects it and states that he does not want sympathy from him as he had refused to duel him. Shaddiq soon receives a call from his father, letting him know that many new mobile suits were on their way alongside weaponry that can take down a Gundam, ordering the young man to rid humanity of Gundams, but Shaddiq just sees his father's goal as disdainful.

Miorine watches footage from when her father outlawed Gundams. Listening to his speech, she comes to the conclusion that she has to learn more about Gundams, as well as the GUND-Format. Later, at Peil Technologies, Miorine meets with Belmeria Winston.

Shaddiq enters the greenhouse, where Miorine is thinking over what all Belmeria had told her. He offers once more to help her with the company, mentioning a time when they were children and created a business plan together, though their parents had shut it down immediately, stating that he truly believes that they can build an even better future than they had.

2 weeks pass and Suletta and Chuchu have finished the promotion video for the company. Miorine then offers two routes for the business to take. The first was the aforementioned selling of weapons, though the second route would be to finish the research for the GUND medical technology. She shows them a video of Cardo Nabo, the head researcher for Vanadis Institute who had previously passed away, who delved into why the product was even made. Everyone agrees to go with the second option as they publish the promotional video that Suletta and Chuchu put together. The video was poorly made, which leads to Prospera merely laughing at it whereas Belmeria instead adores the cheerful message of it.

The group take some time to relax as they wait for Miorine and Suletta to return to them with food for the party. The two chat while riding a scooter back to their friends, with Suletta expressing how happy she is that Miorine was able to find a way to make their business approach agreeable for the previously divided members. She further mentions that due to the business seeming more like a club at this point, she was able to check joining a club off of her bucket list. Miorine suddenly asks Suletta to stop the scooter as she had just received an important and unsettling notification. Shaddiq had the regulations for students organizing businesses changed, causing GUND-ARM Inc. from further being developed until they can prove that all of it's technology is safe. This would allow Shaddiq emerging business due to it defaulting to being owned by Benerit Group. However, Shaddiq and his friends know that Miorine is not going to take such a motion sitting down, and instead leaves the option of a duel.
