Wong Lee and the other AEUG delegates meet Haman Karn and Minerva Zabi on the Gwadan. The negotiations fall apart due to Char's outrage over Minerva's behavior, and they are arrested. They escape and do battle with Yazan and his wingmen. Meanwhile, Scirocco allies with Axis
