The first parameter is always the name of the series. For Bits Mobile Suits, Man-Machines and anything that begins with "Mobile", the second parameter is the type of mecha it is. The second parameter, <Type of Mecha> can take values of:

  • Mobile Suit: Suit
  • Mobile Armor: Armor
  • Mobile Fighter (From Future Century): Fighter
  • Mobile Weapon: Weapon
  • Mobile Doll: Doll
  • Mobile Worker: Worker
  • Mobile Pod: Pod
  • Bit Mobile Suit: bit

For vehicles and ships, <Type of Mecha> will be "Vehicle" and "Ship", respectively. To narrow down what kind of vehicle or ship it is (e.g. Fighter (not to be confused with Mobile Fighter) or Aircraft Carrier), one can specify the third parameter.
