About the name of this unit...

Why isn't the Stargazer mentioned as a Gundam ? I'm asking that just because of the HG Boxart which shows clearly it's called "Stargazer Gundam". This situation is the same for the Akatsuki, btw (just search for the HG Boxart)...

The Stargazer wasn't really a gundam, for a machine to be named gundam in CE, it has to have the G.U.N.D.A.M OS WhatSht 09:16, December 5, 2011 (UTC)

Well then.. It had this OS. See here. HPZ - O.N.E. 12:00, December 5, 2011 (UTC)

In CE none of the machines are officially named Gundam. That was just a nickname that Kira came up with after reading the OS acronym, and it spread from there. Which is why Gundam was removed from the title of every CE "Gundam" page.--Animefan29 12:51, December 5, 2011 (UTC)

Then what about all the other CE "Gundams"? I think there's a page on Freedom or Strike Freedom about using Gundam in its name too. "Do I have to remind you that being speared with knitting needles is slow death?" Wingstrike 14:18, March 16, 2012 (UTC)

Wait, assuming the Stargazer does have a nuclear power source, just how damn large is the N-Jammer's radius of effect.  They're somewhere between earth and Venus, 27 days by light propulsion.  I haven't done the exact math, but off the top of my head, I'm pretty sure that's a fair distance.  But the nuclear reactor still didn't work(assuming it was installed at all), otherwise there would be no need for the Strike Noir's energy.  Still, something's not making sense; either the N-jammers were pretty far outside the earth sphere, or the Stargazer didn't have an atomic power source.  Any ideas?  Rui Usagi (talk) 05:58, April 21, 2015 (UTC)

  • Why install power source when you can't even start it up? Pretty sure it only has battery at that point. --My girlfriend is a loli. 07:13, April 21, 2015 (UTC)
