I was more under the impression that it's solely designed to look like the ATM-09-RSC Scapedog Red Shoulder Custom from Armored Trooper VOTOMS. It's even got little wheels on its feet. But I guess it's got the Red Beret thing going for it too. Hornet655 (talk) 08:10, May 6, 2018 (UTC)
