Full Burnern System is better than Stürm Boosters System.

Both of those systems are fitted with high-performance thrusters, giving the unit highest speed and mobility on the units at 0083 U.C. era. Both of them are at same of the best top-speed and flight-range, however, the "Full Burnern" system had been invented after the design of "Stürm Boosters" system. The Anaheim Electronic's engineers had realized that every high-speed performances must always having high-maneuver performances.

Before the RX-78GP01 Gundam "Zephyranthes" received the "Fb" upgrade, those engineers fixing the maneuver programs by designing all Full Burnern system thrusters with independently-flexible booster pods (as seen in the anime). So, the RX-78GP01-Fb Gundam "Zephyranthes" Full Burnern was fully capable of great maneuverability without reducing his top-speed performance, while the Stürm Boosters system (forming like a pair of the wings and tail of a dragonfly) has lack of flexible booster pods, indicates that despise their top-speed performances the Full Burnern systems has better maneuver performance than RX-78GP04G Gundam "Gerbera"'s Stürm Boosters system.

The answer could be obtained by the cost of Cima's life. The AGX-04 Gerbera Tetra still keep the RX-78GP04G's fully high-speed performance concepts (best top-speed, but standard maneuverability). When Kou pointing the RX-78GP03 Gundam "Dendrobium"'s mega beam cannon to her, she was unable to dodge it while her AGX-04 Gerbera Tetra had rushing to encounter the Dendrobium with the top-speed assault. The AGX-04 Gerbera Tetra had collided the RX-78GP03 Gundam Dendrobium's edge of mega beam cannon, and impaled as the result (and destroyed by mega beam cannon's blast). The story would be different if only the AGX-04 Gerbera Tetra had the RX-78GP01-Fb's high-speed systems than RX-78GP04G's high-speed systems, because Cima was still one of the Zeon Marines ACE pilots.
