History
Tad Elsman is the father of Dearka Elsman. Tad is also a member of PLANT Supreme Council. His academic specialty is Biochemistry. He was an Administrative Committee Member Representing Februarius City. He was a supporter of Partick Zala during the First Bloody Valentine War. His view of naturals were the same as his sons initial view of them.
