The Super Engage Gundam (スーパーエンゲージガンダム Sūpāengējigandamu?) is a mobile suit first introduced in the smartphone game Mobile Suit Gundam U.C. ENGAGE.
Technology & Combat Characteristics[]
A "what if" unit of the RX-78GPZ01 Engage Gundam retrofit plan, enhanced with the concept of improving performance by combining with a support fighter had the Engage Gundam been built and operated. It is a plan that strengthens firepower, defense power, and cruising range.
The body of the actual Engage Gundam remains the same, but the form of the Core Fighter is heavily strengthened with reference to FXA-05D G-Defenser, though the combination mechanisms that were a part of the RX-178+FXA-05D Super Gundam have been eliminated. Its main armament is the Long Rifle, a long-barreled beam gun equipped on the Core Fighter and, for other weapons, it is equipped with missile pods on the side units.

- The Engage Gundam features a core block system that allows the cockpit and main engines to eject in the form of a fighter plane, preserving the pilot's life and vital combat data.
History[]
As the RX-78GP00 Gundam "Blossom" was selected as the winner of the trials for Gundam Development Project, the RX-78GPZ01 Engage Gundam was never constructed and it, and its variants like the Super Engage Gundam, only existed on paper.

- Although concept art shows it with two beam sabers at the back of the shoulders, they are missing from the Super Engage Gundam's in-game 3D model, though the points at which they would attach appear to be there.
- When its release was first teased on the official U.C. Engage twitter account, it was referred to as the "Engage Gundam G Defenser Equipment (エンゲージガンダム Gディフェンサー装備?)"[1].
