- When the force was first mentioned in Holy Land of Perisia, it was referred to as "Love of Gunpla".[1]
- The force's name is a reference to Simurgh, a benevolent, mythical bird in Iranian mythology and literature that is sometimes equated with other mythological birds such as a phoenix.
