- Several characters in other series such as Rain Mikamura, Rondo Mina Sahaku, and Bellri Zenam will be confused by the eccentric design of the Perfect Gundam. Sei Iori, Reiji and Tatsuya Yuuki give a more positive reception to Shiro's model, with the latter asking to be able to examine the model after the battle. Shiro is conversely interested in other "Perfect" mobile suits.
- Due to the premise of his home series, Shiro believes most units he encounters to be plastic models rather than actual machines. Humorously, he gets confused by this and wonders if this is what Real Grade models mean. He will also ask pilots what kits they have bought to assemble their units.
- Shiro is a great fan of Universal Century units but refuses to believes he is with the actual characters and thinks they are all cosplayers instead. Because he is from before the 90s, Shiro is unable to recognize any series after Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ.
- Shiro becomes interested with the GNX-Y901TW Susanowo and wishes to test his Musha Gundam against the unit in a simulation run. He is also intrigued by the design and attacks of Mobile Fighters but is frightened by the hotheaded-ness of Domon Kasshu. Shiro will also claim his title as a world champion to counteract Domon being the King of Hearts.
