Rugens (ルーゲンス Rūgensu?) is a character who appears in Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket.
History[]
Rugens is a Major General in the Zeon forces, and Lieutenant Colonel Killing's superior officer.
Upon discovering that Killing intends to use nuclear weaponry in Side 6, Rugens attempts to prevent its use, and accuses him of violating the Antarctic Treaty. Killing responds that Side 6 isn't subject to the Antarctic Treaty, and that he doesn't report to Rugens; when Rugens continues to object, he is shot and killed by Killing.
