Riria is a fictional character from Mobile Suit Gundam AGE.
Personality & Character[]
Riria is a cheerful and playful girl who loves to ask questions, and gets annoyed when Iwark Briar doesn't let her. She is easily distracted when she sees Haro and heads to the surface to play. She is hardworking, collecting scrap metal as a mere child so she can sell it and earn money for food.[1] She is strong-willed, standing up to the Zalam forces.
History[]
Riria was abandoned as a child and adopted by Iwark. She collects scrap metal to sell and earn money for food. She is first seen when Flit Asuno and Emily Amonde are guided underground by Iwark. Guided by her childish curiosity, she questions the pair but is stopped by Iwark. She protests but is called out to by Haro. Excited, she grabs Haro and goes to the other room to play with it. At some point she heads outside and ends up in a battle-zone between Zalam and Euba. She huddles up in fear and cries, but becomes happy and runs to Iwark when he calls out to her. However, she is knocked out by a nearby explosion.[1]
Riria is taken home and treated by Emily. When Emily and Vargas Dyson decide to go and help Flit, she is happy when her father offers them his truck. She decides to sneak in, and they eventually discover her. Some of her friends from the city notice her and she tells them they are going to tell off Zalam. They join her and they begin to yell outside the Zalam estate, with Riria telling them not to bully her kind father. Euba soon attack Zalam, which is then followed by a UE attack on both.[2] During this time, Riria is taken to the Diva, where she watches the Titus launch and Flit fighting the UE. She cheers him on. After the battle, she reunites with Iwark who was worried when she went missing.[3]
