Rachel Milsteen (レーチェル・ミルスティーン) is a character who appears in the Mobile Suit Gundam: Lost War Chronicles video game.
Background
Aide to Brigadier General John Cowen and commander of the Supply Corps. She was recommended by General Revil to join General Cowen's command as a talented supply officer. She was a friend of Matilda Ajan. In the manga "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083 Rebellion", she serves as a messenger for Lieutenant General Cowen, delivering direct orders to Albion at the Lhasa base.
