The RX-78-lā-I Lah Gundam Shisaku Ichigata (RX-78-lā-I ラーガンダム 試作壱型 Rā Gandamu Shisaku Ichi-gata?) is a Gunpla appearing in Gundam Build Metaverse.
Technology & Combat Characteristics[]
The Lah Gundam has undergone multiple design changes, and the earliest version built was called the "Shisaku Ichigata."
The body's white and blue colors are reminiscent of aircraft camouflage (low visibility) and are a departure from the bright tricolors of the base machine, making it a clean slate so it is easier to form a clear image of a custom prototype. For Lah Gundam, which is named after the Sun, it can be said that the coloring truly represents "before the dawn."
Armaments[]
- 60mm Vulcan Gun
- A pair of 60mm three-barrel vulcan guns are mounted in the Lah Gundam's head. They are used for mid-range and close combat defense. They are useful for intercepting incoming missiles/rockets, destroying mobile suit sensors, and attacking lightly-armored vehicles.
- Beam Saber
- Like the RX-78-2 Gundam, Lah Gundam is armed with a pair of beam sabers for close combat. They are stored on recharge racks on sides of the backpack when not in use. Lah Gundam's pilot, Rio Hojo prefers to use them as beam javelins.
- Beam Javelin
- The beam javelin is an alternate mode of the beam saber, in which the handle greatly extends and the beam emitter produces a three-pronged beam from the end. The long reach of the weapon gives the Gundam an advantage in close quarters combat.
- Hyper Bazooka
- The same model of Hyper Bazooka used by the RX-78-2 Gundam. It is a portable, handheld, magazine-fed rocket launcher.
- Shield
- The same model of physical shield used by the RX-78-2 Gundam. It is a simple piece of defensive equipment that can be carried by its handle or mounted onto the mobile suit's forearm.

- The word "Lah" (spelled as "lā") is the Hawaiian word for "sun", referring to Rio's Hawaiian background.
