Design & Development[]
While the RX-121 Gundam TR-1 [Hazel] was a development testbed for new equipment intended for the RX-123 Gundam TR-S [Hazel Hrair], the RX-122 Gundam [Hazel Kelderek] served a different role. Rather than focusing on entirely new systems, the Kelderek was an experimental unit designed to test the operational integration of various existing Federation Forces equipment.[1]
One of its configurations, the RX-122 Kelderek Holst, utilized high-mobility booster equipment proposed during the Hazel Enhancement Project competition. This setup was made possible through the Transpack System and the modular G-Parts [Hrududu].[1]
The Hrududu Holst is a variation of the standard Hrududu, with its wing units replaced by high-mobility boosters based on technology derived from the PMX-000 Messala. These specifications were designed with high-gravity environments in mind, such as those found in the Jupiter Sphere. The name "Holst" is said to be inspired by the medieval composer, but it also serves as a symbolic nod to the system’s intended operational environment.[1]
