The RMS-154HMC Barzam High Mobility Type “Vervain Rah II” is a mobile suit from Advance of Zeta Re-Boot: Gundam Inle.
Design & Development[]
The RMS-154 HMC Barzam High Mobility Type "Vervain Rah II" is a configuration that combines the Vervain with components from the Hambrabi II, further enhancing its capabilities for high-speed combat by integrating reinforced parts centered around the [Hrududu II] onto the upper body.[1]
Specifically, the [Hrududu II] core block is linked to the drum frame that forms the Barzam’s spine, while additional [Hrududu II] drum frames connect to both shoulders. Mounted on these are beam cannons and high-output binders, which are fully articulated. A high mega cannon unit is mounted via a concealed arm located behind the spine. As with the Haze’n-thley II-Rah, optional equipment such as a shield booster or winch cannon can be swapped in, with the high mega cannon relocating to the groin joint when needed—an arrangement typical of [Hrududu II] configurations.[1]
The unit’s primary weapon is the Firepower-Enhanced Sayyad Rifle, an evolved version of the Fedayeen Rifle originally used by the RX-110 Gabthley. Developed for compatibility with beam weapon systems tested on the Gundam TR-1 and later adopted by the Gundam TR-S, it features a modular design centered on its core beam generator. Its versatility allows it to be outfitted with various barrels—long, rapid-fire, or short—as well as components like E-Pacs, grenade launchers, a beam saber, and precision sniping sensors, making it effective in a wide range of combat scenarios, from long-range sniping to close-quarters and even underwater battles.[1]
The firepower-enhanced version used by the Vervain Rah II includes twin-type E-Pacs, a long barrel, advanced sensors, hyper napalm, and a scythe saber. Fittingly, “Sayyad” means “hunter” or “fisherman” in Arabic.[1]
