The RMS-099NT Röten Dias is a quasi-psycommu mobile suit featured in Hobby Japan´s Gyaza Games Mobile Suit Gundam G-STRATEGY (June 2003) game book.

A Newtype-use machine based upon the RMS-099 Rick Dias, it is fitted with a simplified Psycommu system, allowing it to be piloted by non-Newtype pilots as well. It is armed with wired arm beam guns that can separate and be remotely operated. An INCOM weapon is mounted on the backpack along with an I-Field generator
