The RGM-79N-Fb GM Custom High Mobility Type is a variant of the RGM-79N GM Custom first featured in Gundam Weapons MG Gundam GP02A (Hobby Japan) and SD Gundam G Generation Zero.
Technology & Combat Characteristics
The GM Custom High Mobility Type is a space-use prototype developed for the purpose of improving mobility in space and featured universal booster pods, leg units, and backpack similar to those equipped on the Gundam Full Vernian "Zephyranthes". Incidentally, evaluation tests of the RX-78GP01 Ground Type's backpack were carried out using the RGM-79C Powered GM.
History
Several test units were constructed, producing good results during evaluations. However, it failed to reach mass production due to high production costs.
