The RGE-G2100C Clanche Custom is a custom variant of the RGE-G2100 Clanche featured in the Kio Arc of the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam AGE. The unit is piloted by Seric Abis.

Technology & Combat Characteristics

The RGE-G2100C Clanche Custom is a sea green-colored variation of the RGE-G2100 Clanche. Just like the Gundam AGE-2, the Clanche Custom is designed as a high speed combat unit, able to turn into a fighter-like form which flies at a greater speed than that of its MS mode. While in flight mode, it is able to use two beam cannons in place of wings. It is equipped with the basic weapons such as the DODS rifle, three beam sabers, two beam vulcans, and a shield.

Armaments

• Beam Cannon

Similar to Gundam AGE-2 Double Bullet, the Clanche Custom were equipped with two beam cannon in place of its wings and only usable in flight mode.

• Beam Saber

A sword-like weapon that is used for close combat during battle. Two beam sabers are stored in Clanche Custom's wrists, while another beam saber is stored in the shield.

• Beam Vulcans

The standard light armament mounted in Clanche Custom's head. It was originally used for intercept the missiles and enemy unit at close range.

• DODS Rifle

A mass produced beam weapon modeled after the AGE-2 Gundam AGE-2 Normal's Hyper DODS Rifle.

• Shield

The Clanche Custom's defensive armament. It is a fairly standard shield mounted on the left forearm and the shield were based on Gundam AGE-2 Normal.

• The Clanche Custom, with its transformation style and its two side beam cannons, holds a certain resemblance to the GNX-903VS Brave (Standard Test Type) and GNX-903VW Brave (Commander Test Type).
