Quo Gray is an antagonist of Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam: Ghost.

Quo Gray is a greedy businessman interested almost only in making high profit at all cost. However, he's very proud of his Thoucus mercenaries and he truly cares about his subordinates.
Background[]
Quo Gray grown up in the Jupiter Empire under the tutelage of professor Damien Karras, of whom shared the Social Darwinists ideals, believing that stronger must dominate weaker. At some point he take control of Thoucus, a Jupiter Republic's élite unit, transforming it in a mercenary group mainly consisted of criminals with death penalty, who wears mask in battle in order to hide their identity.
Thoucus was then hired by Kizo Dogatie, a Jovian official of the Zanscare Empire, whit the mission to retrieve the dangerous alien virus Angel Call.
