Ameria's secret unit formed for the purpose of robbing photon batteries from the Capital Territory. The unit is led by Donyell Toss, who has assembled an excellent staff to carry out operations based on their own judgment, but their dress and discipline are gentle, as they are ostensibly disguised as a private transport company. The flagship is the space battleship Megafauna, and its main strength is a group of mobile suits that have been modified and disguised as those of the Amerian military. Its main mission is to steal photon batteries, but it also has an aspect as a test unit to test various prototype equipment sent from Ameria.
