Philippe San Simeone is an ex-CONSENT mobile suit pilot appearing in G-Saviour. He later forms the Illuminati to combat CONSENT. He pilots the I-SAVIOUR Illusion.
Personality & Character
An ex-CONSENT pilot, he was among the first to defect and rebel against the military aggression of the Congressional Armed Forces. He is the leader of the Illuminati.[1]

History
After seeing a shift in power within CONSENT, Philippe went into hiding after faking his death. He later formed the Illuminati with other ex-CONSENT members in Side 4, to finance and support rebel activity against CONSENT.
