The Pezun Project was a Principality of Zeon top-secret Mobile Weapons project.
Overview[]
In order to break out of the stalemate of the One Year War, a plan was designed under the direction of Kycilia Zabi to develop mobile suits with high performance and possibilities, and plans to develop support weapons. The project is being carried out in a secret laboratory set up on the asteroid base Pezun, and the mobile suit created use model numbers of canceled mobile suit to camouflage the program.
The Earth Federation Forces would send a special operations unit to capture the asteroid. Afterward the project continued to create weapons under the supervision and guidance of the Earth Federation, such as the MS-11 Act Zaku and the RMS-117 Galbaldy β.
