History[]
Relena Darlian (Relena Peacecraft)'s faithful butler. He has served Relena since her days at Sanc Kingdom and puts her safety first. Although he is Relena's personal caretaker and chauffeur, he is actually a skilled fencer and does not hesitate to use the pistol in his pocket when necessary (it was Pagan who taught Milliardo Peacecraft fencing as a child). No matter what Relena's request, Pagan is always ready to take on the toughest of cases. He is also a man of his word, and in between searching for Heero Yuy, who blew himself up along with his MS, and monitoring the movements of OZ, which is active in the same area, he takes care of Relena's hair.
