POSEIDON CO pistol

The POSEIDON CO pistol is a weapon introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED.

Technological Overview[]

The weapon is of simple and sturdy design. It is capable of combating spacesuits, body armor and other attire with similar ballistic resistance. The pistol is chambered in 6x19mm bottlenecked cartridge opitmized for destructive power and armour penetration. It holds 10+1 rounds.

History[]

The POSEIDON CO pistol was the standard issue gun for OMNI Enforcer personnel during the First Alliance-PLANT War. During the Battle of Mendel, Kira Yamato carried one when he and Mu La Flaga were chasing Rau Le Creuset inside Mendel's GARM R&D Facility.^[1]
