The Flag Fighters
The Overflags, originally known as the Anti-Gundam Investigative Squad, was a team made up of researchers and elite pilots from the Union of Solar Energy and Free Nations, assembled for the purpose of defeating, capturing, and analyzing the Gundams in Mobile Suit Gundam 00. The team was headed by Professor Ralph Eifman, who was in charge of research and development, with Union ace, Graham Aker acting as the field commander for combat missions. The team is named after its main stay mobile suit the SVMS-01O Over Flag.
History
Legacy
In Mobile Suit Gundam 00: The Movie it was shown that in 2314 A.D., Graham lead a new team of pilots whose units were direct descendants of the flag, the Braves. Just like the Overflags, this team is also named after their mobile suit: The Solbraves.
