Oscar Dublin (オスカ・ダブリン?) is a minor character in the Mobile Suit Gundam TV series and movie trilogy. He served as one of the SCV-70 White Base's operators during the One Year War.

While he appears in nearly every episode of the show, little of his personality is revealed.
History[]
Oscar is one of two Operators for White Base, alongside Marker Clan. He sat in the chair facing the starboard side and later escaped with the rest of the crew during the Battle of A Baoa Qu.
Due to several crewmembers being treated with suspicion and hostility thanks to the discovery of Newtypes, Oscar hoped to help the others by joining Karaba during the Gryps Conflict. After the disbandment of the Titans and the later formation of Londo Bell, Oscar remained aware of the Federation's fear of Newtypes due to the organization's heavy restrictions and opted to join the Federation's intelligence division to support Amuro and Bright outside Londo Bell.
In U.C. 0094, he would meet up with Kikka Kobayashi, having fully grown since her time in the White Base for an interview about Amuro Ray in light of his supposed death during the Second Neo Zeon War. During their interview, Oscar explained the discrimination and fear towards Newtypes due to the legendary status of the White Base and the Newtypes used by Zeon during the One Year War. He would later send Kikka to Stephanie Luio, an influential figure that helped fund Karaba, to help her follow Amuro's steps.
