The Orb Pilot Suit is an item introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam SEED.

Design & Overview

The Orb pilots suit is an airtight two piece space suit, consisting of a body suit and a helmet. While primarily for use in space, the suit is also used by pilots on Earth for G-resistant.

The version of the pilot suit used in C.E. 71 has distinctive differences between those for men and women. For men, the standard suit is white and blue with the chest seal on the right side, while women's suits are white and red with the chest seal on the left side. These differences were mostly removed when Orb introduced an updated version of the piot suit in C.E. 72, with the chest seal placed in the center and the suits color was changed to a bluish-grey.

Ace pilots are allowed to wear a custom versions of the pilot suit, designed with colors chosen by them personally.
