Onogoro Island

Onogoro Island is an island of the Orb Archipelago on Earth, introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED.

Overview[]

One of several islands in the archipelago that makes up the Orb Union, Onogoro Island is the headquarters of both the Orb Union military and Morgenröte Inc, Orb’s main manufacturer of military technology. Onogoro maintained a harbor to facilitate the vessels of the Orb Navy, as well as Morgenröte's main facility and Orb's National Defense Headquarters. Because of the importance of the island, Onogoro maintains a high level of security, to the point where it's protected even from satellite surveillance.
