Template:Infobox/Mobile Weapon Ver.2 The RF Gelgoog Charles Rochester Type is a mobile suit used by the Mars Zeon in the Mobile Suit Gundam F91: Formula Report 0122.
Technology & Combat Characteristics
Built by the Mars Zeon faction stationed on Mars, the RF Gelgoog resembled the old MS-14 Gelgoog series of mobile suits. Although it resembled the older mobile suit the RF Gelgoog had a redesigned internal structure featuring modern parts and designs. This in turn allowed the RF Gelgoog to have a performance on par with modern mobile suits. This Gelgoog custom is designed to fit the taste of Oldsmobile Army ace pilot Major Charles Rochester. It has been equipped with a new beam shield model stolen from the Earth Federation's F90 trials.
Armaments
- Beam Saber
- The beam saber is a small cylindrical device held in the mobile suit's hands when operated and is powered by an energy capacitor that is recharged from special racks. The beam saber is capable of cutting through any metal that has not been treated with anti-beam coating. The RF Gelgoog Charles Rochester Type had 2 beam sabers stored on the rear-waist armor.
- Beam Rifle
- Standard range weapon that fires a directed and concentrated burst of mega particles. Can penetrate most materials that have not been treated with an anti-beam countermeasure.
- Beam Shield
- Thanks to the Crossbone Vanguard Charles' custom RF Gelgoog is equipped with a beam shield generator. The beam shield generator can be mounted on either shoulder. Unlike an I-field generator, which is effective only against beam attacks, the beam shield blocks both beam and projectile weapons.
- Beam Bazooka
- A larger version of the beam rifle. Because of the increased size of its mechanics it can fire larger, thus more destructive, concentrations of mega particles.
