The OMS-14SRF RF Gelgoog (Charles Rochester Custom) (OMS-14SRF RFゲルググ(シャルル・ロウチェスター専用機) RF Gerugugu (Sharuru Rouchesutā Sen'yō-ki)?) (AKA Charles' RF Gelgoog) is a variant of OMS-14 RF Gelgoog that was introduced in the video game Mobile Suit Gundam F91: Formula Report 0122.

Technology & Combat Characteristics[]

A heavily modified OMS-14 RF Gelgoog based of state of the art technology acquired from Crossbone Vanguard.[1][2] While its weaponries are near identical to its base model, the addition of beam shield gave it additional protection, while also capable of using it as melee weapon if needed.[2][3] The implementation of state of the art technology, turn Charles' RF Gelggog into a ultra-high performance 20-meter type mobile suit, that is capable to perform on par with F90 Gundam F90.[2][4]

Armaments[]

  • Beam Saber
The beam saber is a small cylindrical device held in the mobile suit's hands when operated and is powered by a rechargeable energy capacitor. It is capable of cutting through any metal not treated with anti-beam coating. The RF Gelgoog Charles Rochester Type has 2 beam sabers stored on the rear-waist armor.
  • Beam Rifle
A standard beam rifle of Mars Zeon Forces , that fires a directed and concentrated burst of mega particles. Can penetrate most materials that have not been treated with an anti-beam countermeasure.
  • Beam Shield
This custom RF Gelgoog is equipped with a beam shield generator that can be mounted on its shoulders. Unlike an I-field generator, which is effective only against beam attacks, the beam shield blocks both beam and projectile weapons. The beam shield is stolen from the Earth Federation's F90 trials. In combat, Charles uses the beam shield to perform a shoulder bash, similar to the melee technique of the Zaku I.
  • Beam Bazooka
The beam bazooka is essentially a beam rifle but on a slightly larger scale. It fires slower moving mega particles, causing its beam to widen and allowing the beam to cause damage over a greater area, ideal for dealing with battleships or catching multiple mobile suits off-guard.

Special Equipment & Features[]

  • Beam Flag Emitter
The Beam Flag Emitter is a technology that uses similar principals as a beam saber to generate a large beam shaped into a specific symbol. It is used to act as a battlefield standard, allowing squad units to quickly identify how they should form up in formation and often designating which units were commanders.

History[]

In U.C. 0122 Charles' RF Gelgoog was deployed to defend the Iluyanka Fortress against Earth Federation Forces'.[5][3] During the battle it engaged the F91 Gundam F91 piloted by Bergh Squelette, and it was subsequently by the F91.[3][6]
