Notrette Rembran is a character mentioned in Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury [1].
History[]
Not much is known of Notrette's history outside of the fact that she and Miorine most likely had a special bond prior to her passing, as her death - along with Delling preventing Miorine from attending her funeral - fueled Miorine's hatred for her father. Apparently, her husband made an unspecified promise to her to protect Miorine.
She is said to be the originator of Quiet Zero, which rose from her occupation as a botanical engineer.
