Nordit Bauer (ノルディット・バウアー Noruditto Bauā?) is a fictional character from Mobile Suit Gundam: Big Picture Book of Strategy and Tactics - One Year's War Complete Record and Gundam Tactics Mobility Fleet 0079.

Nordit Bauer was a Principality of Zeon ace mobile suit pilot. He is the second highest scoring ace of the One Year War after Breniss Ox, with 191 enemies shot down and four ships sunk. He also participated in the operation to capture Solomon.
In Tactics Mobility Fleet 0079, he also participated in the mission to support the Cyclops Team infiltration operation in Side 6 on December 18, U.C. 0079.
