Mobile Suit O Gundam: Newtype's Light (機動戦士Oガンダム 光のニュータイプ) was a parody article published in the March 1986 issue of Out Magazine, detailing a sequel to Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam. It's a satirical alternate retelling of the events of Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ.
Story[]
In U.C. 0088, after the defeat of the Titans, Karn Jr. is chosen as the successor of his older sister Haman as the leader of Neo Zeon. Leaving his refugee on Earth, the young leader reaches the Gwalan Fortress, the flagship of Super Zeon faction, escorted by Artesia Som Deikun, who has become the pilot of the stolen Psycho Gundam Mk-IV. In the meantime, Bright Noa is appointed as captain of the Argama II, AEUG's new ship, that is carrying into the space the Zeta Gundam Mk-II, a mobile suit prototype. However, the Argama II is attacked by the Gwalan and its forced to find refugee on Side 1, in the 6 Bunch colony. There the orphan Taro Asati, who lives with his friends in a slum called the Lost City, tries to stole the Zeta Gundam Mk-II in order to sell it, but he has a change of mind and chooses to join the Shinsei AEUG instead. In the same colony Artesia meets her long gone brother Char.
