Story[]
After deploying several sleeper agents around the globe, the Vagans launch a surprise attack that finally brings the war to the Earth. To counter the invasion, Flit activates the recently completed Gundam AGE-3 and entrusts it to Kio. Just like his father and grandfather before him, Kio enlists into the Diva as part of its mobile suit squad to confront the Vagans.

- Kio is a lot more hot blooded compared to his anime and video game counterpart.
- Fram Nara, Leil Light, Wootbit Gunhale, Rody Madorna, Frederick Algreus, Unoa Asuno, Romary Asuno, Wendy Hertz, the 3 kids, The Phantom 3, Darrest Goon, Dallas Regin, Aaron Simmons, Dorene Ezelcant, Lu Anon, Deen Anon, and Zera Gins don't appear in the manga.
- Zeheart pilots the Ghirarga throughout the manga until he gets Gundam Legilis.
- Shanalua is not a spy and takes the blow for Kio, sacrificing her life.
- Zeheart attacked the joints of the AGE-3 and two Danazines tied it up and bring it to Second Moon.
- Frezeral didn't need the AGE system to make the Legilis just analyzed the AGE-3.
- Kio didn't know who his father is until he is rescued by him.
- Girard actually survives and the limbless Thieleva is carried by Zeheart, leaving her fate unknown.
- SID is destroyed by the Legilis.
- Zenald was about to kill Seric until Kio activated Burst Mode and kills Zenald.
- Seric, Jonathan, and Derek survived the war.
- Falk does not wear a head piece.
- Zeheart duels Kio instead of Asemu and Kio kills Zeheart.
- Flit didn't have visions of Yurin and those that passed on.
- There's no epilogue with statue Flit, old man Asemu, and adult Kio.
