Man Hunters refers to groups featured in Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack, Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn and Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway. It appears to be a colloquial term given to personnel who engage in "Man Hunting" operations (finding and deporting Federation citizens to space who are on Earth illegally), rather than a unified group.

The Man Hunters were first seen in the year U.C.0093, while apprehending Quess Paraya and her friends in India [3].
Laplace Incident
ECOAS was a newly established branch of the EFF, formed with the task of finding and mopping up remnants of the Neo Zeon forces. It had privileged access to a wide range of activities covering everything from military to policing. Its details were kept secret even within the EFF and it was shunned as a "Man Hunting" agency [4].
Mafty Uprising
Mafty member Mihessia Hence was once deported by the Man Hunters. A Man Hunter operation deployed by the FCPO in Davao forced Hathaway Noa, Mihessia and Kenji Mitsuda to hide [2].
