The Lotus Fortress (aka Lotus Fort, La Vie en Crab) is a customized variant of the La Vie en Rose used by the GBN force Lotus.[1]
Technology & Combat Characteristics[]
The Lotus Fortress is a modified La Vie en Rose made to look like a hermit crab inside a thorny seashell. The armaments of this heavily fortified base includes unspecific number of Hyper Beam Blades, Hyper Mega Particle Cannons and Big Scissor Units. Defense wise, it has unknown numbers of I-Field generators of three different sizes - large, medium and small, allowing it to withstand attacks from five GX-9900 Gundam X's Satellite Cannons.[1]
During the Lotus Challenge, the Lotus Fortress is also protected by a minefield that consisted of simple floating mines, then homing mines and finally timed mines, they are followed by a fleet of sea creature-based Gunpla as guards.[1]

History[]
The Lotus Fortress came into prominence when Force Lotus issued the Lotus Challenge, challenging the other forces to destroy the core of the fortress within 15 minutes, with the reward being 30 million Dive Points and the special title of "Sir Gaia". The challenge was ultimately completed by Force Build Divers, who overcame the fortress' formidable defenses and heavily damaged it, before Riku Mikami's GN-0000DVR/S Gundam 00 Sky destroyed its core with scant seconds remaining.
When Force Build Divers and Chat Noir Neo fought the second Coalition of Volunteers to save the EL-Diver Sarah, the Lotus Fortress was used to launch them from space to the battleground around Force Avalon's force nest. This shocked all the Coalition members as none had thought they would attempt a descent from space.
Two years later, the Lotus Fortress was the setting for the Lotus Challenge Ver. Eldora, which was set up to help Force BUILD DiVERS prepare for their assault on Alus' satellite weapon. After forty attempts, the BUILD DiVERS succeeded in completing the challenge, ravaging the fortress with the brand new PFF-X7II/BUILD DiVERS Re:Rising Gundam.
