Loren Nakamoto (ローレン・ナカモト Rōren Nakamoto?) is a character from the Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam TV series.
Background[]
A Lieutenant and scientist who was also a member of the Earth Federation Forces. He was also previously associated with the Flanagan Newtype Research Institute.
He flies with Gates Capa in the NRX-055 Baund Doc to monitor and manipulate Rosamia Badam in their operations against the AEUG flagship Argama. Later, while Rosamia, in the MRX-010 Psycho Gundam Mk-II, was attacking the Argama, which was pursuing Axis, Reccoa Londe attacked the bridge of the Dogosse Giar, sinking the Titan's flagship and killing Bask Om, and presumably killing Loren as well.
However, some sources dispute his death, reporting that, seeing the Titans on the losing side of the war, he had managed to desert the Dogosse Giar before it was sunk, and would go on to defect to Neo Zeon with Nanai Miguel, where he would work in their Newtype program.
