The L4 Colony Cluster is the general name give to the collection of space colonies that were constructed at the L4 Lagrange Point. Quatre Raberba Winner is listed as being particularly affiliated with this cluster as it was the location that Instructor H used to design and construct the XXXG-01SR Gundam Sandrock.
The L4 point lies at a 60° angle from the Moon along the same orbit.
