The L2 Colony Cluster is the general name give to the collection of space colonies that were constructed at the L2 Lagrange Point. The Gundam pilot Duo Maxwell is listed as being particularly affliated with this cluster as it was the location that Professor G used to design and constrct the XXXG-01D Gundam Deathscythe.
