Revil became supreme commander of the Earth Federation Space Force [1].
One Year War (U.C. 0079)[]
The following year, as war broke out with the Principality of Zeon, he commanded the Federation fleet as an admiral [1].

His flagship, Ananke was destroyed in the Loum sector by the new humanoid mobile suit weapons deployed by the Zeon forces, Revil himself was taken prisoner during this crushing defeat [1].
