Jill is the younger brother of Zeon spy Miharu Ratokie. When Kai decides to leave White Base, Miharu invites him to her home where he meets Jill and Milly. When she decides to sneak aboard White Base, Miharu provides Jill and Milly with money so they can eat, and says goodbye to them.[1]
U.C. 0086~0087[]
Jill would later find himself working in Titans Taskforce as a Cyber Newtype. As test subject 005, he became the test pilot of MRX-008 Prototype Psycho Gundam. The experiment ended in failure and he died as a result.[2]
