Jezzi (ジェジー, Jejii^?) is a character introduced in the anime Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX.

Personality & Character

He is a member of Kaneban Ltd., in other words, a member of the Pomeranians clan, and was previously their main fighter. He comes off as a very loud and brash person, often criticizing and mocking other people. However, he is very gentle to the Pomeranian dog that their clan is keeping and is the main caretaker of the dog.

Skills & Abilities

It is assumed that he is not very skilled at piloting and fighting Clan Battle, as the clan didn't win much and was very poor before Amate Yuzuriha and Shūji Itō came along. However, he still has a lot of experience piloting and has been teaching Amate some fighting techniques.

History

Jezzi was first seen along other Pomeranians/Kaneban's members Annqi, Kaine, and Nabu when Amate and Nyaan delivered the Installer Device to their hideout. He was very angry and berated the two girls for being late, almost ruining their next clan battle.

After Amate wrecked the Pomeranians' Zaku, he was very angry and concerned about the penalty fees for withdrawing, saying their clan could not afford it. However, when Annqi asked Amate to fight in their place using her newly acquired gMS-Ω GQuuuuuuX, he was vehemently against it, saying that kids who still had curfews should not be joining in illegal activities.

Against everyone's expectations, Amate and Shūji kept wining, which Jezzi charted up to Shūji doing all the work and dismissing Amate's participation. Later on, when he heard Annqi's explanation about Shiiko Sugai's motive and obsession for the gMS-α Red Gundam, he mocked Shiiko for lamenting over a man.

He, Kaine, and Nabu were worried about Amate after she saw Shiiko getting killed during their previous clan battle, thinking it was because the young girl had been raised in a peaceful environment, thus, not getting used to bloodshed. However, Annqi begged to differ and successfully cheered her up while the boys could only stay aside.

After witnessing the GQuuuuuuX's maneuvering during the Pomeranians vs. Binarys fight, Jezzi and Kaine showered Amate with praises, not realizing that the pilot was not her. At this point, Jezzi was certainly starting to warm up to Amate with how many wins she had brought, as well as the fact the Pomeranian dog really liked her.

The fight with the Twelve Olympians clan had been set, which, if the Pomeranians won, would bring them to the top of the leaderboard. Though, the spawn point was changed at the last minute, bringing the battle inside the Izuma colony. Jezzi had no shortage of complaints about this, even more so when a Mobile Armor was brought into the fight. He was going to complain to the organizers about this rules violation when Nabu stopped him and urged everyone to pack up. It was implied that he did run away with the other Pomeranians' members as their hideout was empty when Side 6 Military Police raided it. It was later revealed that they had been hiding in a backwater colony on a space ship and was going to scavenge the Solar Ray's remains for junk parts after its destruction.
