The Immortal 4th Team (不死身の第４小隊?) is a mobile suit team introduced in Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory.
Members[]
- Lt. South Burning
- Commander and team leader; he is a respected veteran who becomes an instructor following the war to train the next generation of mobile suit pilots. He serves as commander of the Albion's mobile suit forces and pilots a RGM-79N GM Custom.
- Ltjg. Alpha A. Bait
- Second-in-command, he can be arrogant, but is competent, though Bernard Monsha is often a bad influence on him. His helmet is emblazoned with a stylized B. Following the death of Burning, he is promoted to Lieutenant and becomes the team's commander.
- Ltjg. Chap Adel
- The youngest of the four, his calm demeanor usually reigns in the more boisterous personalities in the team. His helmet is emblazoned with a stylized A. He pilots mid-ranged support mobile suits like the RGC-80 GM Cannon and RGC-83 GM Cannon II.
- Ltjg. Bernard Monsha
- A boisterous trouble-maker, alcoholic and womanizer. His helmet's personal emblem is a stylized M.
History[]
A mobile suit unit within the Earth Federation Forces during the One Year War, they were officially known as the Second Combined Fleet's 4th MS Team (第二連合艦隊第４ＭＳ小隊?). They saw action at both the Battle of Solomon and Battle of A Baoa Qu, and for ending the war without losing any team members in fierce either battle they would come to be called the "Immortal 4th".
They would be reunited at Torrington Base in UC 0083 for testing of the Gundam Development Project prototypes in Australia, but when the RX-78GP02A Gundam "Physalis" was stolen by the Delaz Fleet they would join the pursuit operation aboard the Albion. South Burning would be killed in action following combat against the Cima Fleet and Alpha A. Bait would receive a battlefield promotion and step into the commander role for the team.
Following the Delaz Conflict, the team's remaining members would be folded into the newly-formed Titans.

Notes & Trivia[]
- In SRW the Immortal 4 don't appear together often with only Burning appearing the most. Monsha will appearing sometimes. It's only until Alpha 2 and 3 that finally has the rest of the Immortal 4 together alongside the rest of the Albion crew. This is the only time they appear together.
