Human Debris (ヒューマン・デブリ Human Debris?) is the 11th episode of Mobile Suit Gundam IRON-BLOODED ORPHANS.

Synopsis[]

While on patrol, Akihiro and Takaki encounter unknown enemies and engage them in battle. The attackers turn out to be Brewers, a pirate group that operates between Mars and Earth.

Plot[]

Using the long distance transport booster given to them by Teiwaz, Yukinojo and Mikazuki rush to Akihiro's side where he is being attacked by space pirates. Mikazuki tries to take the pirates on alone so Akihiro and Takakhi can return to the Isaribi, but another Gundam Frame arrives.

Mikazuki duels with the Gundam Frame while Akihiro tries to run from the other pirates with Takaki's mobile worker in tow. The pirates eventually capture Takaki, but Akihiro refuses to retreat and fiercely fights to save his friend. During an exchange with one of the pirates, Akihiro learns his long lost brother, Masahiro, is among their ranks. The other pilots are also human debris children using the Alaya Vijnana. Azee and Lafter arrive as backup after Akihiro recaptures Takaki. This forces the Gundam Frame pilot, Kudal Cudel, to order the children to retreat.

Once they return to the Isaribi, Akihiro and the other boys panic over Takaki's severe injuries. Luckily, Merribit is able to stabilize his condition. On the Hammerhead, Naze receives a message from the Brewers, a pirate group demanding that the Turbines hand over Kudelia to them.

Meanwhile, Gaelio and McGillis return home to Gjallhorn's Earth Base, Vingolf. McGillis spends time with his fiance and Gaelio's nine year old sister, Almiria Bauduin. McGillis receives word from Todo about Kudelia's whereabouts, and that he sent pirates to pursue Tekkadan. On the Brewers mother-ship, Kudal punishes his children subordinates for failing the mission.

Later on, Orga and the other members of Tekkadan comfort Akihiro. Akihiro feels guilty for being happy, claiming that human debris don't deserve happiness. Orga reassures him that he is family and so is his brother. Takaki wakes up during the conversation, leading everyone to celebrate his good health. Afterwards, Orga and Naze decide to strike back against the Brewers.
